Meet Dr. Andrea Blake-Garrett, an accomplished author, science educator and publisher in the health and fitness genre. An inspiring wife and mother of twins, she is highly passionate about her work as a health and wellness coach and author. Dr. Blake-Garrett’s passion for living a healthier lifestyle was reignited in 2020 when she decided to make the transformational changes necessary to become stronger and live healthier. This resulted in her losing 100 pounds.
Dr. Blake-Garrett, respectfully called the “Notorious Dr. ABG” by staff and clients, holds several degrees in science and education and has worked as a science educator, international educational consultant, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. She is the founder and CEO of her company Teamnoexcuses50. Her experiences working with clients of all ages and fitness levels has given her valuable insights into the challenges people face when trying to improve their health and wellness. Dr. Blake-Garrett has written and published over 19 books on health and fitness, including:
